About the role

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Sales Manager for a brand new development based in Shropshire.

We are looking for an experienced Sales manager who is confident to sell off plan and can bring to life the beautiful estate as it transforms through extensive redevelopment. The initial phase of development will see 50 stunning lodges being introduced to the 354 acre golf course, teamed with a mouth watering food and beverage offering along with spa and leisure facilities.

We are looking for an individual who is a proactive thinker with a competitive nature and is able to take full accountability for the lodge sales and ensuring that the full sales process is adhered to.

Key responsibilities

• Competitive towards targets
• Lead generation and marketing
• Following leads all the way through
• Driving the sales of the Lodges across the park
• Compliance, ensuring the sales operation is operating to the standards set out by the site licence and the business
• Work to targets and set goals for the business
• Drive organic referral business through great customer satisfaction
• Careful attention to detail to ensure lodges are ready for sale
• Ensure all marketing material is accurate and available at all times.

• A forward-thinking problem solver and with an ambitious spirit.
• Previous Sales Management experience essential.
• An excellent communicator with determination and integrity that can work closely with our customers and other members of the team
• An assertive diplomatic approach with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Experience selling luxury or lifestyle products
