Residential Park Supervisor – Hampshire

£20,000.00 - £25,000.00 Depending on Experience

About the role

As Residential Park Supervisor, you will be responsible for the presentation of the entire park ensuring that it is maintained to the highest possible standards, with the owner experience being of paramount importance. Reporting to the directors, you will liaise with ground team and wider maintenance team as well as managing the team of support staff on park. You will ensure owner problems and maintenance issues are dealt with promptly.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility of the presentation of the entire site
  • Assist in the delivery of the new homes to customers – finishing, landscaping, utilities, snagging, as required
  • Run and manage local contractors
  • Responsible for the upkeep of any onsite facilities if applicable
  • Control own ground team and wider maintenance team in day to day tasks
  • Deal with local level aftersales issues from new customers
  • Liase with developers and contractors for new homes and utilities as required
  • Report to operations director and head office
  • To maintain high standards of accommodation presentation
  • To maintain all appropriate compliance and H&S records
  • To make regular financial and operational reports to the directors
  • To ensure that staff are trained to meet statutory health and safety requirements
  • To ensure that customer feedback is swiftly acknowledged and acted on where appropriate

You must have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom and have a full, clean driving licence. Weekend and Bank Holiday working will also be required.
