We have a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Park Manager to join a growing team at our client’s friendly residential parks. As the Residential Park Manager, you will be accountable for the operational running and profitability of the parks ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction at all times.
Responsibilities and Duties;
Excellent customer service/interaction skills. Communication and management between both residents and internal team members.
You will be experienced in general maintenance and will be responsible for the health and safety of the parks’ facilities, maintaining good all round standards for our owners.
You will promote good standards in general facilities management of the park including the upkeep of our site licence and taking payments from owners.
Creating sales opportunities to buy in and sell new homes for the park as well as siting them will be an important part of this job.
You’ll report to our Residential Operations Manager and have some maintenance and administrative assistance. Mostly you’re on your own and whilst working within our standards and procedures you will be responsible for making the decisions on park ensuring what’s best for our owners and the business.

Working as part of the maintenance team when needed
Skills and Experience Needed:
Hold a valid full UK driving licence
Multi-trade skills, especially in construction or gas works
Worked within a customer facing environment
Project management of development and/or refurbishments
Be able to work on your own initiative and make decisions
Awareness of Health and Safety legislation and working in a safe manner
Solid understanding of the sales process
Intermediate computer skills with a good standard of verbal and written English
Have a flexible approach to working week including weekends
Live within 1 hour (ideally nearer) to the park to be able to act as “on call” for a number of nights per week

You will be expected to work 40 hours per week over 5 days including some evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to develop skills and run their own park within a structured central support environment.
