Oaklands Park is a well-established family run business set in Looe, comprising of 165 holiday home owners, and a quality destination letting fleet, Looe Coastal Retreat, comprising of 20 luxury Fleet Hire Caravans. We are looking for a friendly, hard-working individual to join our team as Park Manager.
The role will entail working alongside our Area Manager in managing the day to day operation of both Oaklands Park and Looe Coastal Retreat, along with the management of the park’s employees. This role also requires a hands-on approach to the upkeep of the park, in relation to the grounds and maintenance, so you must be willing to undertake any task necessary.
Time management and organisational skills are essential for this role.
Good communication skills will be required to interact with both existing and new holiday home-owners to build good relationships, and to liaise with our Area Manager, Managing Director and Head Office team on a regular basis.
Experience in the parks industry is preferred including skills in general building & maintenance. The ability to site and commission new holiday homes / lodges and prepare for sale is an advantage, along with knowledge of Health & Safety.
