We are delighted to announce the launch of or new training programmes in conjunction with Westminster College, Cambridge.
We have developed a range of training course that specifically focus on Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. These unique courses have been developed by holiday park professionals that have a deep understanding of the industry.
Our programmes are built on customer service so you won’t find any ‘sales techniques’. You will lean how to offer a service based on knowledge and understanding that will ensure consistent results.
