We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to head up the marketing function for an award winning leader in the UK Caravan and Lodge industry
We are looking for an individual who has a proven track record marketing luxury/aspirational products. Experience in the holiday park sector would be a huge asset. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing and show an entrepreneurial flare. Must be able to work on own initiative and develop our existing team, developing and growing internal talent. Be confident in building new and existing relationships with our marketing partners, for best effect. This along with having an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies, you must be well equipped to present a host of techniques and methods to promote our products, services and public image.
To be successful the ideal candidate will:
•Manage, develop and build the internal marketing team
•Create, plan and Manage the business’s marketing strategy
•Manage end to end marketing campaigns
•Build and develop social communities/ platforms
•Have a detailed understanding of digital channels
•Report back to the directors and clients with accurate and timely information
•Have a keen eye for detail
•Managing all marketing for all parks in the UK and overseas
•Developing the marketing strategies for the company
•Co-coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
•Overseeing client and companies marketing budget.
•Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
•Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
•Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
•Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
•Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
•Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
•Working closely with design agencies
•Plan and maintain all digital marketing channels
•Maintain effective internal communications
•Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
•Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
•Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
•Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
•Familiarity with social media and web analytics
•Excellent communication and people skills
•Strong organizational and time-management abilities
•Creativity and commercial awareness
•BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline is an advantage
