Holiday Home Sales Manager – Scotland

£30,000 - £50,000 Plus Accommodation OTE £90,000

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Holiday Home Sales Manager to join a team on an amazing seaside Holiday Park based in Scotland. This role would suit someone that has experience selling holiday homes and caravans on busy holiday parks.

This is a fantastic opportunity with enormous potential for an experienced Sales Manager to become part of an established  business with big ambitions. This role will be pivotal in the continuing growth of the park.

As an established park with a great reputation their fantastic selection of on-site facilities enjoys continuous investment enhancing it’s customer experience.

The individual will be responsible for achieving a pre-determined holiday home sales target through their drive to generate leads, building relationships with potential new owners by consistently following through on all enquiries and identifying potential upgrades with existing owners.

The Role

  • To sell luxury holiday homes whilst maintaining a high degree of profitability for the company.
  • To develop marketing ideas and strategies to provide more customers and to maintain a high level of customer service to existing and future customers.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

  • To sell holiday homes, deal with all sales enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Drive organic referral business through great customer satisfaction
  • Analyse sales performance to adjust business strategies accordingly. Working with the latest CRM systems.
  • Work with head office to plan innovative local and main land marketing strategies.
  • Develop business relationships with Estate agents and other local companies to generate enquires
  • Understand and sell a Holiday Home Investment model
  • Stock management, ensuring the inventory is in line with budget expectations
  • Compliance, ensuring the sales operation is operating to the standards set out by the site licence and the business
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure homes are ready for sale
  • Ensure all marketing material is accurate and available at all times.

Key Requirements:

  • To have a friendly and outgoing personality
  • Demonstrate high levels of integrity and credibility at all times.
  • To have excellent communication skills and the ability to converse with all customers
  • Good computer knowledge is preferred
  • Good telesales skills with a high level of knowledge of your product
  • To be a good team player that can operate in a fast thinking environment
  • Good influencing skills, required when dealing with customers
  • To be an organised and planned individual
  • To deal with and advise customers on financial matters that may be of a sensitive nature
